This year, KinetiCode® Academy is launching the KinetiCode® Pilates Certification Program as the Inside Academy of our company. This high-standard education is accredited at Level 4 in the EU (EREPS) and is designed exclusively for K/C Move teachers as part of our internal academy.

This program provides an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge, refine your skills, and progress toward becoming a Movement Specialist. It will enhance your career by expanding your understanding of the body, movement science, and teaching methodologies.

Program Overview:

  • Six-month immersive curriculum, with each month dedicated to a specific part of the human body, focusing on its anatomy, biomechanics, and training applications.
  • Comprehensive learning in human anatomy, biomechanics, movement science principles, and teaching skills.
  • Full immersion in the KinetiCode® Pilates methodology, with a focus on postural alignment, stability phases, and a comprehensive mat exercise program.
  • Flexible learning format, combining digital study materials with on-location lectures and training, scheduled to accommodate your availability.
  • Final theoretical and practical examination to certify your knowledge at the Level 4 EU standard.

COURSE STRUCTURE

KINETICODE® PILATES CERTIFICATION

The KinetiCode® Pilates Certification follows a 7-month study cycle, designed for maximum flexibility. You can begin at the start of any month and progress at your own pace while completing all required coursework.

In total, the course includes:

  • 12 Live Lectures in 6 months, 6 hours each day (total of 72 hours)
  • Exercise Mentor Review min. 15 hours
  • Observation Practice min. 20 hours
  • Self Practice min. 30 hours
  • Physical Review min. 30 hours
  • Practice Teaching min. 20 hours
  • Home work/Theory studies min. 60 hours
  • Written Exam 2 hours
  • Certification Exam 1 hour

Total course time = 250 hours
