The KinetiCode® Pilates high-standard Certification is more than just a teacher training; it is a deep, science-driven education in movement. It is rooted in an intelligent and efficient approach to mastering functional anatomy, advanced teaching skills, and an extensive range of Pilates exercises, from rehabilitation to elite sport.
HOW IT WORKS?
The KinetiCode® Pilates Certification follows a 7-month study cycle, designed for maximum flexibility. You can start the program at the beginning of any month, and progress through all required coursework at your own pace.
The curriculum offers a balanced blend of live lectures, guided practice, mentoring sessions, and self-study. This structure allows you to train directly with K/C Master Trainers in real time, while also deepening your knowledge through the digital KinetiCode® manuals at home.
All learning is supported by exclusive study materials created by the founder of the KinetiCode® Method. These comprehensive resources on Functional Anatomy, Pilates exercises, and Teaching skills are written specifically for the K/C Move Academy, ensuring a comprehensive and consistent educational experience.
This flexible structure makes it possible to achieve certification without being tied to a fixed schedule, giving you the freedom to learn on your own time while still meeting the Academy’s high standards for a complete education.

The Pilates certification is designed to offer a fully supported and flexible learning journey.
The program is structured to guide you step by step, allowing you to adapt the learning process to your own schedule. Each subject of the program is presented in structured content and carefully guided learning, helping you build a deep understanding of both theory and practice.
You will have the opportunity to take part in live lectures, revisit materials, and practice exercises online, developing complete, consolidated knowledge and the confidence to apply what you learn in real teaching contexts.
Through guidance, personalized feedback, and mentorship, the K/C Master Trainers will ensure you acquire the technical skills required to teach effectively and develop the adaptability and confidence to work with a diverse range of clients and class settings. HOW DO YOU COMPLETE THE COURSE?
As you complete your studies, you will take part in a comprehensive three-stage examination covering theory, exercise practice, and teaching skills, ensuring you are fully prepared to meet the standard of a certified KinetiCode® Pilates teacher.
